Let's take another look at Dr. Monteith.
This video is about 1 3/4 hours long. It will take a while to load. Dr. Monteith speaks for about an hour and then answers questions from the audience for about a half hour. A good sampling of the video may be found by viewing the segment from 11 minutes to 21 minutes into the video.

Dr. Monteith, unfortunately, is a Christian and plugs Christianity once or twice during his lecture and then several times during the question and answer session. However, his vast knowledge of the powers that be makes this video well worth watching and is the reason that I have posted it.
